- Images of your driving licence (front and back)
- Liveness verification video (used for identity verification)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

- Your explicit consent (for identity verification and biometric processing)
- Our legitimate interest in connecting drivers with partner companies
You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Biometric Data
Your liveness verification video is used solely for identity verification purposes. This data is processed with your explicit consent and is never used for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. How We Protect Your Data
- Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Files are stored in secure UK (eu-west-2) data centres
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel only
6. Data Sharing
If your application is approved, your relevant data may be shared with selected partner companies (such as Uber, Amazon, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail) for evaluation purposes.
We do not sell your personal data.
All partners are expected to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with UK GDPR.
8. Data Retention
- Rejected applications are deleted within 90 days
- Approved applications may be retained for a longer period for operational and compliance purposes
